  2. We get back to you to clarify urgency and safety and arrange an on-site assessment.
  3. After the assessment you receive a scope and estimate to approve.
  4. Treatment, monitoring and exclusion work follow the agreed scope.
  5. Photos and notes document the job for you and your insurer.
